Bioland Promithia Ltd, an expanding and dynamic company, is looking to recruit a passionate and driven Customer Care Officer to join our growing team.
What we are looking for:
A self-motivated, mature, and responsible individual with a can-do attitude.
Minimum of a college diploma, preferably in Business Administration or Accounting.
Fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English.
Strong proficiency in MS Office.
Flexible and adaptable with excellent organizational skills.
A people person who can engage confidently with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with billing systems and customer care management is a plus.
1 to 2 years of proven experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general office administrative support.
Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence with professionalism.
Draft and type letters, reports, and official documents.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Manage databases and filing systems in compliance with GDPR.
Quickly learn and adapt to internal IT systems.
Become proficient in our billing and customer relationship management systems.
Assist in preparing presentations for Directors and clients.
Organize and support meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Effectively prioritize tasks and workload.
Work closely with the Legal Department to ensure client contracts are up to date.
Communicate and liaise with clients and relevant organizations.
Log and process bills and expenses.
Train and support clients on our customer portal.
Address and resolve customer queries and complaints.
